Yes, looking at the numbers of the VIGN/ONDS and WEBM/ASWX deals and comparing the price/sales ratios to EXLN is an interesting exercise.

Market seems to like that deal today for WEBM as its stock is up 6 as we speak.

Two days after the publication of the deal WEBM dropped from 71.50 to 56.75 last Wednesday (see the 5-day chart, finance.yahoo.com ). On days like today when the market cap increase of WEBM is higher than the total EXLN market cap I rather think of the duration of the WEBM lockup period...
