We cannot reveal the size of Answers.com?s contract with GE Plastics because the customer has specified that the details be kept confidential. This is a matter of competitive advantage. As they said in the announcement, the Agreement with Answers.com ?vastly improves the speed at which our customers get answers and information from our Web site?. Is this, then, significant news for the Net Shepherd Group of companies? Yes, for three reasons. ú Answers.com would not have made such a significant investment in the relationship with GE ? including months of technology testing - if this were not an important Agreement. ú The Master Service Agreement that they have signed gives Answers.com an opportunity to work with other GE divisions. There are hundreds of these. The potential implications of this are very considerable. ú At a time when Answers.com is talking to other potential customers, to have GE Plastics as an initial reference account is an extraordinary indication of the commercial potential of this company.
