Okay, Mary, I'll call your bluff, since you seem to claim that GONT has never misled anyone in the least....

<<<<Remind me and this thread again about LIES and ILLEGALITIES concerning GONT.>>>>

I've mentioned this one before, so yes, you need reminding. I'll start with one example of GONT's lying, and go from there.

1) GONT claimed, in a press release dated 6/25/98, that they received a payment from Costco representing "royalty income from loans" from a "joint venture" with Costco.

You may find the text of the release here:

Message 5016414

2) In GONT's first SEC filing, the company claimed it had no revenues in 1998 (other than revenues supposedly derived from AMS, a division they had claimed was generating $1 million in revenues per year, but quickly disposed of):

In short... in June 1998, GONT was certain that it received income, in the form of a royalty check from Costco. So certain that they put out a press release to let everyone know these revenues were coming in. The audit for the year, however, did not show any revenues.

Which time were they telling the truth? I would trust the auditors on this one, and not GONT management.

P.S. Stocks have been halted for less serious infractions than claiming non-existent "income" in press releases... and you know it.
