OK, CYBER - I WANT AN ANSWER -

I keep asking this question and you don't reply.

When things go down - like CyberX did a few minutes ago - and you need to call a broker to close a trade, WHY DOES THE BROKER HAVE TO GET UP FROM THEIR STATION AND GO TO A "TRADE STATION" TO ENTER THE TRADE????

This just does not make sense when they have a computer and all the customers info right in front of them - all they need is the ability to complete the trade from that station.

This not only adds time to the customers call time but cost the customer money - CyberX went down - - your end, not mine - - twice this afternoon and when I gave the broker the info to sell my 2000 shares of CMRC it was going UP through 39 and went to 39 3/16 while I am waiting. Then FALLS all the way to 39 3/4 -WHILE I AM WAITING!!!

Guess what most of the trade went off at? You got it - 38 3/4!!! And then turned around and went through 40.

I just don't understand why you don't solve this problem - there are many reasons to do so.

1- a broker having to LEAVE THEIR STATION AND MAYBE WAIT IN LINE AT A TRADE STATION TO MAKE THE TRADE is just wasted time - wasted time at at time when many customers will be calling in.

2- it is costing we customers money - this is the 3rd time I have used a broker of late and EACH TIME IT COST ME MONEY!

3- Since the broker ALREADY HAS A COMPUTER IN FRONT OF THEM it is a very - VERY - simple fix to give them the trade ability as well.

ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS, IMHO, SERIOUS DEFECT IN CYBER OR AM I GOING ELSEWHERE TO DO MY TRADING?
