Yes, but IMO only. Is it a risk? Of course. Is it frustrating? Absolutely. But I suspect those buying under 20 will be very richly rewarded. In addition, Kaufman Bros initiated coverage today with a BUY rating and price target of $60: "IBAS, as an early-mover in the Internet telephony space, is well positioned to leverage other carriers' significant investments in network infrastructure and enjoy the significantly positive economics of the Internet as a method of transport for its global wholesale VoIP/FoIP business plan."
