Hi Pete;
While this deal is now history, remember that Stratic is very active in pursuing other opportunities in Egypt.With the amount of time and energy spent by Stratic's management in attempting to land a deal in Egypt, I would expect that the company has several other attractive opportunities in its sights in that country.

According to my discussions with the company, I hear that there are several additional exciting opportunities that will be pursued.

I give the company tremendous credit for its meticulous DD on this deal; at least we have the comfort of a competent management team to be able to meet the challenges of doing business for its shareholders.
