I know that is generally the Far East mentality.In Tailand you can bargain 50% off anything and if you don't end up buying they even swear at you.It still does not make it right.What they consider as good bargaining in most Civilized countries gets you in to trouble.

I still think they will go with CDMA sooner than most people think.I just can't see how the US will sit back and let the Europeans pressure/bribe their way in.
