I have wondered about who Yahoo thinks the 27% insiders are since Yahoo's listing for this is a lot less than 5%. I think this is the source of a significant part of the "error" in the 98% value. I have posted a question about the 28% insiders to a couple boards and not gotten any good answers so far. PT, The insiders own only 3%; 24% is owned by what Zack's Research refers to as "3 others". When I have time,I will check the SEC filings to see who the "3 others" are. ted
