Well, if you were a money manager for tech. stocks and were sitting on a large cash position today --- you lost. You missed one great rally and are now lagging your peers. What to do? Do you wait for a retracement or do you start chasing them higher? I don't know what they will do at this point. A 7% rally on the Naz in one day? An 11% rise in the Sox?
