Cohen is wrong, of course, about the missiles. Remember, Cohen has presided over the military's precipitous decline during the Clinton-AlGore the Junior regime. Al Haig just made that clear on "Chris Matthews". Clinton wants some phoney agreement as part of his "legacy". Everyone knows that anything Clinton-AlGore the Junior do cannot be trusted. The Senate will refuse to bind George Bush to another of that regime's risky schemes. Media reports are that AlGore the Junior will finally take the hint and stop some of his relentlessly negative campaigning. It won't help alter AlGore the Junior's repellent personality.
