Do you really see any difference between being the property of the state and being the property of a feudal lord in a state which is run by and for a small clique of feudal lords?

Do you really think that third-world citizens anywhere have the right to "vote with their feet"? Do you think that if Castro allowed Cubans to leave, we would let them in?

I live in a third world country where health care is thoroughly capitalized. If you have money, you can get pretty good care. If you don't - and the vast majority of the people don't - you can die in the street, and nobody will give a damn. There has not been any continuous and dramatic improvement.
