Antitrust scholar Herbert Hovenkamp said any breakup order probably won't be very detailed, since the judge clearly expects the case to be returned to his courtroom for further proceedings. The important thing, he said, is to issue a final order, to test whether the appeals court will go along with a breakup at all. If it does, he said, "the details can be worked out later."
