This is my first post on this thread, although I've followed along since signing on with Cybercorp six months ago. I've seen Cyber's service going downhill over the past couple of months, and have my share of concerns like many others here apparently do.
jebj has asked the question on numerous occasions, about the delay in exiting a trade after finally reaching the trade desk. Apparently the person he reaches has to leave his station, and move to another trading station, to execute the trade.
I personally haven't had this problem, simply because on the several occasions I've had to cantact the trade desk, during the twenty minute hold time, I've been able to finally reconnect, and handle the trade myself. This by the way is always a lingering worry in the back of my mind on each trade, since this lengthy hold time is unacceptable.
My question to Cybercorp is why do you refuse to answer jebj's question? I for one would like to hear a response.
