For some reason I was under that impression (that the goal was to start at $.05 increments), and am pleased to hear that it's so. Going to penny spreads right up front would wreak havok on NASDAQ volume and might prove too abrupt a shift for individuals and dealers. Better to start slow and work down to two- or one-cent minimum increments. LPS5
