Slow but sure?

30 May 2000: BIA Telecom, Inc., has recently increased its valuation of the licenses and customer base the firm holds at over $70 million.'' biz.yahoo.com

Here is the Legg Mason info... It's a start!
insidertrader.com

Also a point regarding the planned sales 144 form: There are no insiders for MOOR that have filed a planned 144 form.(I find that a very healthy fact after the run up since Feb 7th... and still you will not find any of these names below)
It would have been very easy to unload 100K to 500K during Feb. for any of these insiders for a healthy profit but chose to hold.

Insider names to look for would be of course:
Moore, Radusch, Pellar, Sullivan, Lipkin, Stanford, Finn-Egan, Rhodes, Zwaik, Davis, Buckley, Lippincott, Sheradin..... and Leto until end of June or July.

All of the planned sells you can find are folks who have had either indirect relations with MOOR or once worked for them but have no current inside info. Wolf, Brock, Moscato, Anderson, Treatch are examples of these. Remember also a 144 form is just a form filed with SEC for consideration of selling. Criteria met, a person may file a Form 144 with the SEC giving notice of their intent to sell a specified number of unregistered shares within the next three months. The Form 144 does not commit the filer to sell the shares indicated on the Form within three months, but if they aren't, the Form 144 must be amended.

Here are highlights from Market guide thru 1999.... the numbers continue to look good and still building out.

Today's news is just further evidence that they are going about their business of building out a National Dispatch Service. I would suspect the BIA evaluation is for consideration of more funding.... One of these days we should hear more about American's 900 licenses, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands, Reconsideration of FCC's remand order.... Who cares about a buyout? I have been following them so long that I would be more pleased if they would end up as a Premier Nation wide business wireless provider of voice, data, AVL, etc. with a Nasdaq listing..... they are closer to this goal than they were when I started with them three years ago! I have visited their Memphis location on Cherokee Dr. If these people are representative of Moor's foot print in the US then we are in very good hands.

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand what you meant by, "Not many people want to put good time after bad money"??? You lost me between the lines.

Best regards,
Jim
