Although generally I agree, I think there are several well-known posters who continually use manipulative tactics and intimidation. I really believe many are afraid of reporting, particularly when the threats escalate to the point of exposure of real names, etc. I believe that the administrator(s) should follow up here even if the target of the threat does not. These things are so open and notorious and the posters so well-known that it wouldn't take a great deal of effort to clean up if the will were there.
