Mika - Maybe nobody promised those rates, but why would anybody invest in such a system - particularly when something like HDR is available that gets you to 384 kbs/. Ok maybe only 144 or 200 to start, but does it make any sense to spend a lot of money to increase from 9.6 kbps to 13 kbps? The whole GSM data upgrade path really seems ridiculous based on this.
