Does your account state that you can make more than one long distance call at a time from the same account. Are there any type of restrictions. I know that when dealing with database software, such as Filemaker, I can use my database software while attached to a network. If another user with my liscense number hooks up to the network, we will not be able to use Filemaker at the same time over the network. This prevents or hinders piracy etc etc. Since I live in Sweden, I have yet to see in detail the specifics on products restrictions etc from I-Link. I have contacted a sales rep and have asked that all information in detail be sent to me. As I am not able to use V-Link at this time, I am not a high priority. Does this problem occur all the time, or have you been able to successfully make simultaneous long distance calls on the same account. What has tech support said, or have you only been in contact with customer service? Being aware of the problem, and doing something about it are two different things. This is important, and I would appreciate a more in depth description of what your problem has been, and how I-Link has handled it.
