This not answering a question seems to go hand in hand with your other observation about the degrading of Cyber in general over the last few months.

We use to be able to get an answer to ANY question - good or bad - quickly from Cyber. Problems were admited and we were told what was being done to correct them in a timely manner.

Ever since Mr. B started down the road to sell Cyber it seems all anyone is interested in is holding things together until the sale is complete.

After I completed the sale via the broker yesterday I ask to speak to a superviser. I asked the same question about this having to leave the station to make the trade.

His answer - "Well, that's the way we do things here." No giving a darn that their delay in getting the trade placed had just cost me a grand in profit, nothing. Just, "That's we way we do things here."

This answer would have been unheard of in the past.

Sad.

I am very concerned about this change in attitude at Cyber - if they don't care about me or my problems I will look for a broker that does.
