We use to be able to get an answer to ANY question - good or bad - quickly from Cyber. Problems were admited and we were told what was being done to correct them in a timely manner. Ever since Mr. B started down the road to sell Cyber it seems all anyone is interested in is holding things together until the sale is complete. After I completed the sale via the broker yesterday I ask to speak to a superviser. I asked the same question about this having to leave the station to make the trade. His answer - "Well, that's the way we do things here." No giving a darn that their delay in getting the trade placed had just cost me a grand in profit, nothing. Just, "That's we way we do things here." This answer would have been unheard of in the past. Sad. I am very concerned about this change in attitude at Cyber - if they don't care about me or my problems I will look for a broker that does. jb
