BOTEX PRODUCES PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS FOR HENDERSON AQUATICS
Kevin Parkinson, president of Botex Industries Corp., ("the Company"), is pleased to announce a Production Agreement and product orders with Henderson Aquatics Inc. of New Jersey, USA. Henderson is one of the largest manufacturers of high-end diving suits and wetsuits in the USA.
Henderson has already ordered 8,800 pairs of knee pads this month and the Company has commenced shipment of the products. Henderson intends to receive a consistent, continual flow of product from Botex. The Botex material has enabled Henderson to improve their production process to generate far more efficiency from operations.
Henderson Aquatics is a 45 year old company, and is recognized as one of the premiere brands in the business. They manufacture products in the USA and Asia and sell product around the world. They are considered to be one of the top dive suit brands in the world.

Botex is a proprietary material processed to create rubber-like products that combine the elasticity of rubber with the superior abrasion and wear characteristics of plastic. Botex builds multi-colored products of single or multiple density. All colors and densities are chemically bonded together resulting in a finished product which is both functionally and cosmetically superior to many rubber and urethane products. Botex products are U.V. protected, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. The Company currently manufactures products for the shoe industry, aqua gear market, sports products, and industrial markets.
