I went through some of the referenced info on IDC (your recommendation and Smith's rebuttal). Could you address the following:

What if IDC loses to Ericson? Won't the Nokia deal be voided (renegotiated at best) too? Does that mean they lose everything?
The report lists licenses with Nokia, Qualcomm, T, NEC and many others but it seems like the lawsuit is everything.

RE: takeover candidate. Why would they let themselves be bought if they will have this unbelievable future revenue stream? If they win, of course.

Comment on news clip from yesterday:
