My understanding is that Gordon House has not left yet and the drills will not turn until he gets there. He was having some personal health issues tended to. a "Control Freak" is no fun to work for and 99% of the time is less effective than a boss that does know how to delegate, and more importantly knows how to surround himself with good people he can delegate to. The secret of success is to surround yourself with successful people and let them do what they were hired for, they're better at it than you!!
