Looks good to me. I am basically for plans that broaden ownership of American companies by more Americans. There is a labor shortage now and there will be so in the future, until the last of the "baby boomers" retire. This should help retain large company workers. As I look at the last century, many (most?) of the great ideas that "made" America came from people breaking away from "large" companies to form their own "small" companies. I don't believe the previsions of this bill are so enticing, so as to prevent the entrepreneurship by these "idea" people. You're retired, but...what do ya think? o~~~ O
