At last we have found the key difference between the US "culture" (and probably that of Asia) and the relaxed easy going European "culture" - the love of speed.

But then there are those auto races and bike races in France.

Perhaps all the world wants speed.

When more speed is available for data, access to it is snapped up.

I for one would be very very very happy to have wireless access to the internet at much higher speed through HDR.

And will get it as soon as it is available via HDR next year.

Then just think of the volume and density of posts from the US to you. What fun.

And yes, congratulations on your connection to the Register.
