(OTCBB: IFCC), is pleased to announce the appointment of Glen A. Allmendinger, CEO and Founder of Harbor Research,
as a director of the Company.
Harbor Research, founded in 1983, is a strategic consulting and business development firm based in Boston and San
Francisco, specializing in the technology companies. Prior to establishing Harbor Research, Mr. Allmendinger was a senior analyst at the Yankee Group in Boston. He also serves as a director on the boards of Stratesphere.com, DataSweep Inc., and Cambridge Studios. In addition, Mr. Allmendinger is a member of the IEEE and has consulted for the National Research Council on technology and competitiveness.
