Nice timing on the rights offering. Could have raised money a few weeks ago at $2.00. Today they dilute the stock at 0.30 and the insiders line their pockets with more shares as they take full advantage of the pull back on Samenta. I guess if I were on the inside I'd do the same thing, but I'm not and I'm getting PO'd at this company's purely selfish tactics. Mansfield Minerals Inc - Mansfield arranges private placement Mansfield Minerals Inc MDR Shares issued 18,573,083 2000-05-30 close $0.4 Wednesday May 31 2000 Mr. Gordon Leask reports Mansfield Minerals has arranged a private placement of up to 2.2 million units priced at 30 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional share at 40 cents for two years. The proceeds of the private placement will fund development of the company's existing properties as well as the continuing grassroots exploration program in Argentina.
