They did raise some money in anticipation of C.S. but I 'm not sure they would have been successful if they went after a lot before positive results from C.S.. I'm sure you are right that they are reloading as anyone in their position would now. My complaint would be a need for better communication on what's going on throughout their property portfolio. It's a new spec cycle for this one now so we will have to play accordingly. Regards Ogi
