".Why would flex sell the shares @ 20% of market close and only 15% of the price per share in March?"

Several reasons just off the top of my head:

1. Motorola gets a cheap stake in FLEX in return for 30B of business, good for them, good for FLEX & FLEX shareholders.

2. Establishes a long term relationship with a tech giant with all the future benefits of further outsourcing, financing agreements and rapid expansion of FLEX through acquisition of some MOT manufacturing capacity

3. Puts a big chunk of shares in very strong hands.

I'm sure others can find more reasons than these, but they're more than enough to please me. I think FLEX just vaulted past their competitors. Think any of them have a 30B agreement with anyone?? Even the SLR/NT deal is only 1/3 the size of this one!

Think of it this way, 30B in revenue from MOT alone over the next 5 years, that's an average of 6B/year, or 2/3 of Flex's entire revenue this year!! YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers
