volume question:

in your view, would you classify "high" volume in the markets as in:

1) High volume relative to the recent 1-3 month trading volume?

OR

2) high volume relative to the market overall?

basically, with this deep market correction, should we lower our levels of "high volume" classification?

hope it makes sense.
