Agreed, the first rush seemed to come from the foundries, then from logic. Now we're seeing the memory guys come to the party. Last time I checked they were still more than 35% of revenues and probably a little larger share of wafers processed.

I believe that the DRAM makers still have some empty clean room space waiting for equipment. Most notable example would be MU with both Lehi and the capacity that it purchased from chipmakers exiting the memory business during 98-99.

But I accept your key point: There's a lot less empty space waiting for equipment today than there was a year ago.
