marketgems.com Nasdaq 100 index. Every breakout has been reversed on a lower high. This time the index broke out once again above its 20 day moving average and its downtrendline. If it holds and moves higher it will be a good sign, and I may hold some techs over longer than the 2 day period I've held till now. We haven't had a double top breakout and certainly not a triple top breakout, but we are moving up again.
