No! The only percuision in bluegrass is toe tapping and/or guitar slapping. "Supergrass" seems to be in these days, personally I'm not fond of electrified bluegrass it just doesn't work for me. One of things I love about bluegrass is the sheer beauty of the sounds of acoustic instruments. I've been trying to figure out how popular music got from the kind of stuff on I'm Beginning to See the Light to Hip Hop. Seems to me like something's gone awfully wrong and indirectly I can't help but think it's at least partially Leo Fender's and Les Paul's fault.
