Kevin - the point is not that anyone has picked up on another cmpany's good fortune - but that the courts are tired of lawfirms filing firvoluous class actions as a legal form of extortion... and they are ruling against the class more and more. The evidence used by the suits against CYBR seems to have been more a copy and paste job from Herb Greenberg's column than an investigation into the heart of the matter itself.

This will play out for whatever it is worth. In my opinion, I suspect that these suits will evaporate. I will leave you to your opinion.
