i didn't hear what their data source was. it seems almost impossible considering the ratio was at 3,8% a scant two weeks ago, and the SPX has not moved at all net-net since. if they had sold as much as to raise an additional 1,1% of cash, we should have seen a rout in the market and high volume. neither was discernible.

EDIT: also, there were 7,5 billion dollars in outflows last week....
