the courts are tired of lawfirms filing firvoluous class actions as a legal form of extortion... and they are ruling against the class more and more.

One example does not constitute "more and more".

The evidence used by the suits against CYBR seems to have been more a copy and paste job from Herb Greenberg's column than an investigation into the heart of the matter itself.

That could just as easily be read as a credit to Herb's concise summarizing of the situation with this company as a deteriment to the lawsuit itself. Where is it written that a lawsuit must be so complicated that a single journalist cannot grasp it?

One other thing, since the point Truthseeker was trying to make obviously went way over your heads. The circumstances of the Kos case aren't particularly clear from the PR, but there is no indication that there was any contention that Kos was attempting to mislead anyone as to its financial health and revenue potential. So attempting to draw any form of parallel between the two situations is JUST a bit of a stretch.

This will play out for whatever it is worth. In my opinion, I suspect that this company will evaporate. I will leave you to your opinion.
