YOu may be right.... or wrong..
I have NO CLUE what Tom et al. "intended", but it
seems to me that the structure of the business is
such that HE and whomever he decides to do business with
will make millions, NOT the company and NOT the
shareholders. Just my opinion based on the facts that
I know to be the facts. I know nothing about an abondoned
server, and their offices, from the picture I saw, did
not look "phony", but much like any other office that
would house 10-12 employees.
I DO think that Tom used certain "modern buzzwords" to
generate excitement about the company.. China, Ireland,
overseas, ecashpad, ipin, eConnct, Powerclick, Deluxe,
Palm (whatever) etc etc. I don't know if that's a crime
or if it's like a caveat, but I doubt that any of the
plans he has announced will or has come to fruition.
Read the 10Q carefully.. Cashpad is now down to 5000
"in production". Powerclick- NO REVENUES for Q1?
Anyways, I can go on and on.. Only time will truly tell,
and after all I've said and done, I wish the company would
turn things around so these average hardworking investors
wouldn't lose their arses.
