Jim the volume levels i say not much buying or selling going on. volume levels in the first qtr., those were levels that you would see at the top of a market, a blow off period. I've heard a few market technians mention that the volume levels are higher than last yrs. at this time. I'm looking at breath and new lows to new highs, etc. I think it's too early yet for a clear picture on the Compx that a bottom is in and then there's a downward draft, if you will, on the long term picture showing. And that goes for Sox and Ndx as well. Another thing that i don't see many good set ups on the tech stocks, the daily charts that is developing yet . There seems to be many good set ups on the intra day charts though for the short term, now we need the follow through. 50 dma is a tough resistance on Nas and other tech indices.
