w molloy, the sum of information on the topic is zero, offset, a wash. The most believable thing I've seen in print is that Unicom has 5 or 6 megahertz to work with. Assuming no more spectrum, can you render an opinion on how they can best utilize the resource? Is GSM 1800 their best system? It would seem to be CDMA with the GSM interoperability of the smartcards recently specified. What is it you think they'll do?
