. The VIX is really bugging me that it is not dropping as fast for a real rally... You want the VIX to not be droping if one is looking for a real rally. If the VIX comes down very quickly it means that the majority believe that the Danger zone has passed and the bull is back. It's got to be unnerving for people to what QCOM back in the drink so soon. today's action is pretty tepid.
