Hi Ann,

There have been more discussions on Aol than here but I think that most shareholders will be very satisfied at some point, hopefully soon. The current mgmt is tops but the previous mgmt didn't focus on the products with the greatist potential only, causing the need for capital too often before positive cash flow. Some people that have owned ENZN for a long time are very unhappy, in fact. They have that right as the return has thus far been lousy. But IMO, the new mgmt is just around the corner to changing the perception of ENZNs past mistakes to the future prospects. It is just going to take awhile longer and we will then see rapid appreciation. For those who have held a long time, I hope you can stick it out and maybe even buy more at these bargain basement prices. For those newer investors, your return should be fantastic if you hold for the intermediate 2-3 time frame. That's where I see appreciation of 15-60 times with the higher number more probable if even 1/3 of the more important products in development pan out. That includes new indications for Oncaspar, which seem like a lock,as well as Green Cross's rHSA, and Schering's PEG-Intron. These all have a high success probability(time uncertain though). And PEG Hemoglobin has a fairly high probability of success too. All these new top mgmt folks smell a major home run there, IMO. Be patient, it's just a matter of time and keep nibbling.

Gary
