If you thought DVSA was a bargain at 40, you must really like it at 22, or were you just touting the stock? One thing I know for sure about this stock is on 8/12/00 there is a release of "locked out" shares from the IPO, totaling 25.3 million shares (73% of total shares). Most of the locked up shares get sold on release date. The market anticipates that stocks reaching their lockup date starts declining about a month or so prior to the lockup date. To verify this info., go to www.lockup.com and look for the lockups for August.
