Can you give me a reference for that? I don't recall anything but innuendo - perhaps DOJ spin as to why they couldn't get more customers to come forward, given the fact that there are millions of them.

The GTW testimony did not actually highlight any coercive behavior... and GTW also claimed that they were pressured by Intel. GTW made a big deal about having to submit to "windows experience" but the reality of the practice - the installation has to show the standard windows startup screen at least 1 time before the OEM specials are added - had a valid engineering justification, and is really not to onerous. Anyway, MSFT quit asking for "Windows Experience" support, despite the potential additional work to sort out installation problems.
