I've finally typed up my notes from the annual meeting. I hope you'll jump in and explain the status of wireless developments and also what's happening with DOCSIS head-ends.

* Last year CMTO shipped 280,000 modems and last quarter alone they shipped 154,000.

* They have 125 customers, half of them international.

* 982 head-ends have been installed, passing 15 million homes.

* 253 employees

* Revenues per employee = $632,000

* Cash balance: $79 million

* Product development: CPE and head-end --- will enter PacketCable in 2H/00

* NIU --- New business unit has been developed, working on box for video, voice and data --- also home wireless

* Working on partnerships with suppliers re: software network management

* Market is within a year of having cable telephony --- Vortex conference noted 30% of voice will be IP by 2005

* In Europe, products will be available by the end of this year

* GR303/V5.2 --- trialing DOCSIS modem with Telcordia

* Have prototype of product with 4 voice ports/Ethernet --- being made for specific customer whose name hasn't been released (I'm guessing ATT)

* GadLine --- brings network managment and gateways --- they're telecom voice specialists

* Wireless --- will have revenues in 2001 ---- 4 mbps down and 1.5 up. 22.5 mbps shared

* Will partner for NIU box --- need digital TV OEM. Will be an OEM exchange

* Pouring dollars into R&D --- could be EPS positive if they wanted, but prefer to expand technology to meet market demands

* Currently bringing down cost of DOCSIS modems

* Components: manufacturer is Calistica --- they're working on issues --- some easing in Q3 and much better in Q4

* On European front, ATM systems have huge growth potential. Head-ends already installed and potential from homes passed is big. Gadline brings voice gateway.
