Wolf Haldenstein Announces Class Action Against Cyber-Care,
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 31, 2000--Wolf Haldenstein Adler
Freeman & Herz LLP announces that it filed a securities class action
lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District
of Florida on behalf of investors who bought Cyber-Care, Inc.

10, 1999 and May 19, 2000 (the "Class Period").
The lawsuit charges Cyber-Care and certain officers of the
Company, with violations of the securities laws and regulations of the

false and misleading statements during the Class Period concerning
demand for the Company's products and the level of sales of its

statements artificially inflated the price of the Company's stock
during the Class Period.
