That is a VERY big clue for Carrie on what we are REALLY up to. If she thought the GGMDM massacre was BIG wait until she hears about the next one.

Luddites like Ted will be out in the million, bombing away and smashing looms. They jailed Ted for murder, which was good, but that helped the opposition. As did Ted's efforts, counterproductively from his point of view.
