Heinz: I agree re: gold manipulation. Kaplan has many good insights but he is off base on the manipulation issue. He also holds the strange idea that lease rates have very little impact on the gold price. BTW, for anybody who doubts that the stock market is manipulated here is the word from none other than James Cramer: thestreet.com But anybody who even suggests that gold may be manipulated has got to be a nut case.
