Whether short term depression or major malancholy depends on 1) what the announcement turns out to be 2) how it's perceived and 3) what's out there to counter-balance it. I keep reminding myself I'll laugh at all these worries a year from now. I don't really want time to fly but I do wish we'd get beyond this loves-me-loves-me-not stage.
