NY Stew,

I noticed a one-time charge of $1.9M for "defense against hostile takeover" in the earnings report.

Do you know if this was used to develop a long-term plan, or if it was a specific charge to protect the company against a specific takeover attempt (any info on the attempt if this is the case)?

I don't mind digging and posting the results if you are not aware of the specifics, thought I'd ask first though. As always thank you very much.
