Hi Teevee.

Seems to me that DB is sending a message to Alrosa (USSR), Endiama (Angola) and the SA Government Diamond Valuator etc - i.e. quibble with CSO valuations (SA) and/or do deals with other marketers (e.g. Lev Leviev) at your peril. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
