Kevin - I believe you are incorrect. Actually - you see - Herb's articles came out well before the class actions were announced and, in fact, the CA's would have no seeming substance without the subjects having first been covered by an agent of the press (such as Herb Greenberg or David Evans or any of the other agents of the press that have fallen under suspicion for collusion with shorts) - horse THEN cart, Kevin. And there are more than just one example as far as the 'legal forms of extortion' are considered. That Lerach's bill was defeated at all shows that there is a growing distaste for him and his kind and for what they do to companies.
